Milan was excellent. Keep me updated on his ETA, was patient while my water-tank system heated up (Housekeep, it would be good for us to know ahead of time that hot water is required for carpet cleaning machines), was friendly and, most importantly, did an excellent job of cleaning the carpets. He is the best carptet cleaner I’ve had to date.
